I don't take the actions of a few and apply it to the whole US military. The wikileak reports from awhile back clearly showed the total disregard for these peoples lives, by the sheer amount of casualties, people being shot in their cars for driving 5 minutes after curfew etc. Over 140,000 people dead. The fact that you have something called guantanamo bay where you shove people face down on cargo planes with bags on their head says it all. Or the fact that I have seen first hand a documentary following troops in training where they are taught that the enemy is sub-human scum

So called death units just murdering people and planting weapons and the guy who even snitches ends up getting in trouble too. There always seems to be a new story every now and then come out and of course these are the only ones we hear.

Also one of the links you posted about british troops said this "Details of the attacks were not released at the time, but they were among thousands of incidents mentioned in US army logs posted by the whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks in the summer. Today's release came after the Guardian pressed for more details of those cases." LOL thousands of incidents most likely involving US troops.

That is the best you can come up with? The second and third link are about the same thing and the 4th is about a few soldiers hitting a civilian because one of their friends was murdered.

I'm sorry but police all over the world, US and UK included probably would beat the shit out of a suspect if said suspect killed one of their friends. That is no where near on the scale of what US troops have been doing in iraq and Afghanistan.

Now going back to the articles that have british units killing people, there is no excuse for that and clearly a few troops are out of control. But again how does this compare with the endless cases of US troops treating iraqi's and now afgani's like dirt? You got over 140,000 dead iraqi civilians from shit like firing missiles into buildings without even checking if any civilians are in or near it.

No. If you had produced repeated stories or videos of british troops doing this then I wouldn't defend them.

But as soon as US troops were in iraq, iraqi civilians and prisoners were treated like dirt. Even transporting suspected terrorists without any evidence with a hood on their head and shoved into a transport yet.

The whole insane figure of iraqi civilians dead once the occupation started is insane enough. Like those videos of the helicopter firing a missile into a building while a civilian is hopeless walking past. And I can guarantee you one thing here, if that was british pilots, they would have waited for the guy to move or not have fired.
