From what I recall...
According to him: He called 9-1-1, they told him not to follow Martin, he did until he lost sight. He went back to his car, was cut off by Martin, tried to reach his cell phone, was struck by Martin. They wrestled, he screamed for help, he shot Martin.
so he followed him after being told not to? That's what I said above and you just posted
I said he headed back to his car, didn't search for him after he lost him, he headed back to his car. Then he says he was cut off, so one could say he did back off. He didn't actively seek Martin out once losing sight of him, he simply tried to return to his vehicle.
I love how people have made up their minds that Zimmerman is innocent, just like people have have decided Martin was murdered. I keep trying to point out the contradictions pretty much demand this goes to trial to sort this out.

Two independent audio experts determined through two different analytical methods that it was not Zimmerman who was screaming for help. If this doesn't at least call into question Zimmerman's account of things then you have serious delusions.

I'll be perfectly frank here: I believe Zimmerman knew what he was doing, and knew he could use the Stand Your Ground Law to bring a gun to a Neighborhood Watch fight. I believe he has misused the law, and at best is guilty of manslaughter, and possibly more. However, personal opinions aside, you are right, currently he is innocent, but there is enough conflicting evidence that needs to be sorted out at trial to verify that, because there is no doubt he took a life.
I don't know if this is sad, or hilarious.
PRE FUCKING CISELY.i love how people forget that, in this country, there is a presumption of innocence. Since Stand Your Ground is questionable in this case he should have been arrested and should go to trial. Allow the system to work.
The stand your ground law throws any notion of whether the alleged "danger" is innocent until proven guilty, right out the window.

247 posts later. your initial response was fry him.
am i hallucinating or did BMTH post a YT video of the 9/11 call in which the call center person didn't tell Zimmerman not to follow the kid...but instead advised him that they didn't need him to do that. which, BTW is not telling someone to do or not do someting.
also, i thought hispanics were allowed to be racist against black.
