You can't directly convert it from binary to ASCII. It's encoded. It will spit out gibberish.

Yes you can. Binary is directly related to decimal. Decimal to ASCII = EZ.

The message itself has been encoded and that's the part I'm having trouble with. I've been advised it could be an 8x8 bitmap image or it is perhaps possible to write a simple program to decode it. Problem is, I'm not a programmer and know nothing of C or C++. Please help!

Thanks for creating that bitmap. There is another set of binary codes coming because he just started with another "Start of Heading" 00000001 today. Perhaps he meant both sets of codes to be used together once all the bytes have been given out. I'll post here as I receive them.
